I had to go there several times in the last year for parts for my Ranger. Extremely friendly they talk to you like someone you have known your entire life and they know their shit. I used to go to the other auto parts stores but all they know is what you ask for.

Took engine to get fixed. Go to pickup for $900+ (was quoted $600-$700) They broke the balance shaft upon removing (they said they broke it while removing it). Told me to buy a new one and put it in myself. Part is discontinued, found on ebay for $500, and a machine shop needs to install it as it's not something a regular mechanic can do. Literally states in the "Haynes Repair Manual" to take to machine shop for install. So now I have to pay $500 for a part and find a machine shop to install it and pay that labor. Donnelly's screwed me over and I would NEVER recommend them after this.
